Clean regularly whether filmed or not—dust, fabric fibers, and sweat build up. About once a week is a good rhythm; more often is better. Use a soft toothbrush with a drop of dish soap or hand wash to clean the seams between film pieces.
Damaged film can be replaced under warranty, with no limit on the number of claims. Bring your warranty card when you come in; a partial labor fee may apply—the film itself is not charged.
No. Pieces are pre-cut to your watch’s geometry. Installation does not require knives on the timepiece.
